INFORMATION

Upon joining the club, the following facilities are available for your use and enjoyment:

Outdoor Facilities

Associate membership are entitled to a front gate key, which gives immediate and unlimited access to the club's outdoor shooting facilities (this includes the International target range; the 28-target field course; the 3D course; and the outdoor practice range). The outdoor season usually runs from April to late September. The club also offers an orientation day for the outdoor facilities which is offered in the early spring.

Indoor Facilities

During the 6 month probation period, the indoor facilities are accessible to Associate members when a fob carrying member is present. (usually Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturdays when the archery classes have finished) After the 6 month probation period is complete, an associate member can apply for a fob, which if approved gains them access to the indoor facilities.

Archery Instruction

The Club's instructional programs are available to non-members and club members. Private sessions can also be arranged on an individual basis with any of the club's coaches for a fee. The club has several members who are nationally certified coaches with the NCCP (National Coaches Certification Program).

2024 Associate Membership Fee Options

  • Associate Single Adult: $395.25 + HST/Year
  • Associate Family (includes spouse & dependent children): $499.00 + HST/Year
  • Student Membership (up to the age of 25 AND enrolled as a full time student): $161.00 + HST/Year
  • Out-of-Town Membership (residence must be more than 150km from the club and member can only have access to the club once per month (not including tournaments)): Please contact Daniela for more information

There is also a one-time INITIATION FEE of $50.00 + HST ($25.00 + HST after the completion of an instructional program) with the exception of Student members.

There is a $100.00 Workshare fee. This fee is reevaluated each year, for each member and can be waived if the member has completed the required workshare hours.

Membership fees can be paid quarterly with post-dated cheques. The membership year runs from January to December, and rates are adjusted for Single Associate and Family Associate members joining during the membership year. Associate members are eligible for Full membership after a minimum of one year of active participation in the club.

Membership Responsibilities

The Archers of Caledon is owned and operated by its members. All members are required to contribute a maximum of 16 hours of work per year to the running and maintenance of the club. Members wanting to use the facility who do not participate in the work share program will be charged an additional fee up to a maximum of $160.00 + HST over and above the membership fees. This additional fee must be paid before membership renewal will be considered.
